Yes. We supply authentic, genuine, new, factory-sealed SuperBox devices. If you order a SuperBox including professional setup, the package will only be opened strictly for set-up and configuration purposes.
Yes, we are official authorized SuperBox dealers. Our current authorization certificate, store name, validity dates, and authorization code are displayed on this website for customers to review.
We provide easy-to-follow, step-by-step setup videos which you will receive with your product. The videos will guide you through the complete easy-to-follow setup process. This is included with every purchase.  

If you would rather have your SuperBox professionally setup for you, we also offer a Professional Setup Service.

Yes.  There is a manufacturer warranty offered through the company that is for one year, as long as the purchase has been made from an Authorized Sales Distributor and the boxes are not purchased from an illegal seller.   

Purchasing from an unauthorized seller, and sellers who do not adhere to SuperBoxes pricing standards will Void the Warranty and subject the boxes to be Remotely Deactivated, leaving you with a "Dead" box.  That's one reason why it's so important to buy from us, an "Authorized Sales Distributor". 

If you have an issue with your box in anyway, we want you to know you are covered.
